Langkawi - Rebak Resort

Langkawi, (the Jewel of Kedah) is an archipelago of 99 islands in the Andaman Sea, some 30 km off the mainland coast of northwestern Malaysia.

Langkawi means reddish brown eagle in colloquial Malay. The town of Kuah is its capital and largest town. Langkawi is a duty-free island.

Two-thirds of the island is dominated by forest-covered mountains, hills and natural vegetation.

The Rebak Marina Resort is a 5 star resort in Langkawi. This resort is the only 5 star hotel resort on the privately-owned 390 acre Rebak Island.  This is where Blue Lagoon is currently moored.
